Many players both female and male dont get paid more than £60,000 a year which yes is a lot but considering the damage they are doing to themseleves you'd expect it to be more - women on average is 35k and thats if you do it nationally while with men they can get from £40,000 to £70,000 on average in the uk. Yes exceptions such as mario itoji and owen farrell who make over 150k supposedly a year but in france that is less then half of what most players are paid
